Allen, Mary Sophia

1878 - Allen was born in Cheltenham.

1898 - Attended and graduated at Princess Helena College.

1914 - Co-founded the Women's Police Volunteers and became its Sub-Commandant.

1922 - Trained women in Germany.

1925 - Wrote the book entitled The Pioneer Policewoman.

1934 - Wrote the book entitled Woman at the Crossroads.

1936 - Wrote the book entitled Lady in Blue.
