Allbaugh, Joe Marvin

1952 - Allbaughw was born on July 27, 1952.

1964 - At the young age of 12, he worked as a volunteer for Barry Goldwater's presidential campaign.

1970 - Received his degree in political science at oklahoma State University.

1974 - Worked as a staff for Oklahoma Senator Henry Bellmon, this was his first paid political job.

1986 - Became deputy secretary of transportation under Walters.

1994 - Worked for George W. Bush as a campaign manager.

1995 - Became the gubernatorial chief of staff.

2001 - Nominated by Bush as Director of Federal Emergency Management Agency and was confirmed by the Senate in a unanimous vote.

2006 - Became a member of the Board of Directors of BioPort on July 12, 2006. In September the same year, he was elected as president  of Ecosphere Systems, Inc.
