Agger, Carolyn Eugenia

1909 - The daughter of Eugene E. Agger, a former professor of money and banking at Rutgers University.

1935 - She married Abe Fortas on the 9th of July.

1938 - She entered Yale Law School and  received her LL.B. degree cum laude.

1960 -  Mrs. Fortas became head of the tax division of Arnold, Fortas & Porter.

1996 - She died of  pneumonia on the 7th of November at her home in Washington.
