2002 - Aderholt introduced an act allowing the Ten Commandments to be displayed in the government buildings and plans to reintroduce it as "The Ten Commandments Defense Act".

 

2004 - Aderholt was re-elected on his fifth term in the U.S. House of Representatives for the Fourth Congressional District of Alabama.

 

2006 - Aderholt retained his seat against Barbara Bobo in his November 2006 bid for re-election.
