Abu Ali, Ahmed Omar
1907 - He was born in Haifa.
1948 - He studied law and worked in Haifa.
- He was a friend of Ibrahim Tukan and their love of poetry and
Palestine built their friendship.
- He wrote about his love and yearning to Palestine.
1978 - He was awarded The Lotas International Reward for Literature by The
Association of Asian and African Writers.
- He was also given the title The Olive of Palestine.
1980 - He died.
