2005 - Born on the 15th of October in Rigshospitalet, the Copenhagen University Hospital, at 1:57am.

         - Prince Christian was shortly hospitalised on the 21st of October, because he suffered from neonatal jaundice, a usually harmless illness and a fairly common one.

2006 - He was baptised on the 21st of  January in Christiansborg Palace Church by Bishop Erik Norman Svendsen.

2007 - On the 27th of March, Prince Christian started nursery school at the Queen Louise's Childrens House, located 35 km north of Copenhagen. Prince Christian walked inside accompanied by Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary

         - He has an unnamed younger sister, born 21st of April.
