1962 – Born on February 17th in Subic Bay Naval Station, Philippines. Lou Diamond Phillips is a multi-ethnic American actor, best known for playing the doomed rocker Ritchie Valens in La Bamba with Elizabeth Peña, and a Mexican-Indian desperado in Young Guns with Kiefer Sutherland.
