1962 - Born on February 17th in Subic Bay Naval Station, Philippines. Lou Diamond Phillips is a multi-ethnic American actor, best known for playing the doomed rocker Ritchie Valens in La Bamba with Elizabeth Peña, and a Mexican-Indian desperado in Young Guns with Kiefer Sutherland.
1985 - He taught at Southern Methodist University.
1986 - Married to Julie Cypher.
1987-1990 - He starred in the films La Bamba, Dakota, Stand adn Deliver, Young Guns, Disorganized Crime, Renegades, The First Power and Young Guns II.
1994 - Married to Kelly Preston on April 24th.
