O'Neill, Gerard Kitchen

1927 - Born on the 6th of February Brooklyn, New York.

1950 - He graduated from Swarthmore College in United States.

1954 - He received a doctorate in physics from Cornell University.

       - He joined the faculty of Princeton University.

1969 - He researched and proposed the idea of the O'Neill Cylinder.

1988 - He founded O'Neill Communications in Princeton.

1992 - He died on the 27th of April due to Leukemia.
