O'Hara, Theodore

1820 – Born on the 11th of February in Danville, Kentucky.

1845 – He studied law with student John C. Breckinridge before being appointed for a position in the United States Treasury.

1846 – He signed up for the U.S. Army and held the positions of captain and quartermaster of volunteers.

1847 – He was honored with the rank of brevet-major.

1850 – He commanded a regiment in the battle of Cardenas before a severe injury.

1851 – He returned to Washington, D.C. to continue his law practices.

1855 – He was appointed captain of the Second Cavalry.

1867 – He died on the 6th of June.
