1952 - Born on the 16th of September in Albania,Tirina.

1991 - He was nominated as Prime Minister.

       - He was elected leader of the Socialist Party of Albania.

1993 - He was imprisoned after he was found guilty of theft.

1997 - He was appointed Prime Minister by President Dr. Rexhep Meidani.

2005 - He became Prime Minister for the third time.

       - He resigned his leadership of the Socialist Party of Albania on the 1st of September.
