1963 – He tackled such genres as the psychodrama Captain Newman MD.

1968 - He also tackled a movie the spy caper “Hammerhead”.

1973 – He practiced his invisible-man technique on the conspiracy thriller Executive Action.

1976 – He retired quietly this year, as anonymous as ever in his handling of his final feature Bittersweet Love.
