1989 - He starred as Peter Pan, in a school production when he attended Guilford Grammar School at the age of ten.
1997-2000 - Starred in the television series, Roar, as Conor.
2001 - He established himself as a rising star in the film, A Knight's Tale.
2003 - He starred in the movie 'Ned Kelly'.
2005 - His daughter with Michelle Williams, Matilda Rose Ledger was born on October 28th.
- He starred in the films, Casanova, Brokeback Mountain, The Brothers Grimm and Lords of Dogtown.
2007 - Announced of his desire to direct the film about Nick Drake at the Venice Film Festival.
2008 - Died on January 22nd in New York City at the age of 28.
