1370 - Antipope John XXIII, antipope of the Pisan party was born as Baldassare Cossa in Procida, Italy.
1408 - He was one of the seven cardinals who, in May, deserted Pope Gregory XII, and, with those belonging to the obedience of Antipope Benedict XIII, convened the Council of Pisa, of which he became the leader.
1409 - Elected Pope Alexander V. He succeeded him a year later.
1410 - 1415 - He was Pope or antipope during the Western Schism.
1418 - He was freed from prison in Germany by Martin V.
1419 - Died on the 22nd of November as cardinal bishop of Tusculum.
