Hamilton, Scott Scovell
1958 - Born on August 28th in Bowling Green, Ohio.
1980 - He placed 5th at the Olympics.
1984 - He won an Olympic Gold Medal Men's Figure Skating.
1990 - He was listed on American Olympic and World Figure Hall of Fame.
1999 - Co-wrote his memoir, "Landing It: My Life on and off the Ice" with Lorenzo Benet.
2002 - Married Tracie Robinson, a nutritionist, on November 14th. They had a son named Aidan McIntosh.
2004 - He was diagnosed with a tumor on his pituitary gland in mid-November. The tumor is benign.
