1934 - Born on April 14th in Durban, South Africa. The fifth grandson of India’s legendary leader, Mohandas K. “Mahatma” Gandhi.

 

1946-1948 - He lived with his grandfather, Mahatma Gandhi.

 

1956 - Returned to India and worked as a trainee journalist and a reporter for The Times at India.

 

1958 - He married, Sunanda, a young nurse that cared for him after his surgery in India.

 

1987 - Moved to United States with his family to work for on a study at the University of Mississippi.  

 

2003 - Signed to "Humanism and Its Aspiration".

 

2004 - Proposed a peaceful march to the Palestinian Parliament across Jordan River.
