*1949: Born Monterrey, Nuevo León, México, son of Xavier Gamboa Jimenez and María Blanca Villafranca de la Garza.   Prior to his birth, the Gamboa family had 429 years belonging to the Mexican land, which largely explains his love to the Mexican Nation.  

*1954-1966:  Elementary education at American School Foundation of Monterrey and Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. 

*1966-1975:  Studied mechanical engineering (1966), agronomy (1967), anthropology (1968), sociology (1975),  Latin American Studies  (1978), Technology Management (1981), respectively at Universidad de Nuevo León, Escuela Nacional de Agricultura de Chapingo, Universidad Iberoamericana, Facultad de Ciencias Políticas y Sociales- UNAM, Centro de Investigaciones y Estudios Avanzados del Instituto Politécnico Nacional. 

*1967-1969: Three years of interrupted higher education in behalf of travelling throughout Mexico.   

 *1967:  Voluntary social promoter of radio elementary schools ( the Sierra Madre Oriental portion of Veracruz, Puebla, Hidalgo, San Luis Potosi and Querétaro, as well as the Huasteca Region), of the Sistema Educativo Radiofónico de Huayacocotla, a Jesuit catholic institution.  

*1968-2011:  Took part in the Student Movement in Mexico City from 1968 to 1970.  

*1970:  Married Margarita Patricia Rocha y López de Cárdenas.   Blanca Patricia and Antonia Gamboa Rocha, daughters; Ricardo Xavier Gamboa Rocha, son. 

*1970-1989:  Public servant in the Mexican Federal Goverment (Secretaría de Recursos Hidráulicos and Consejo Mexicano de Ciencia y Tecnología) and adviser to the President of the Instituto de Estudios Políticos, Económicos y Sociales of PRI, Secretary of Agrarian Reform and Subsecretary of Government (State of Morelos Government).   

*1979:  Received PhD in Sociology, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México UNAM.  

*1979-2012:  Professor and researcher at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Instituto Politécnico Nacional,  Centro de Estudios de Problemas de Coyuntura, Previsión y Prospectiva CEPROS, Centro de Investigaciones de Quintana Roo and Universidad de Quintana Roo.   Author of 14 books and 139 articles (papers) showing results of his research in scientific methodology, political prospective, elecotral strife, rural development,  environment rescue, organizational change and institutional organization.  Advisor of 247 dissertations, consultant, university professor and data base construction in the mentioned fields.  Full text (Spanish) in http://www.angelfire.com/ok5/cepros/pubs.htm

*1980-2012  organized the national (Mexican) movement towards the social accountability of science and technology. 

*1981-2012:  Founder and President of the Executive Council, Centro de Estudios de Problemas de Coyuntura, Previsión y Prospectiva CEPROS AC, a not for profit social science research organization 

*2003-2012:  Created and overlooked (as Business Prospection Manager) Grupo VEN  http://www.ven.mex.tl,  a corporative that involves 15 companies in the Mexican and Mesoamerican energy saving and efficiency market, with a meta and integral scope that goes from Vision EnerGtiK S. de R.L. MI (which is the banner entrprise of the Corporation), to El Horno Creativo:  Biergarten Café (a restaurant and piano bar), passing by Velas del Manatí (a salingboat rental company).  

 *2007-2011:   Undertook his largest pesonal project:  Genealogía de la familia Gamboa Rocha.  Included genealogy of the "tree segment" of eight last names, directly pertinent to him. On one side: Gamboa, Jiménez, Rada, García.  On the other side:   Villafranca, de la Garza, Cañamar, Salas.

*2006-2012 organized four public calls: (Primer, Segundo y  Tercer Manifiesto de Chetumal), all three addressed to the Mexican People.  Elaborated, jointly with Nozarim Espino Solis, the "Cuarto Manifiesto de Chetumal:  A los Habitantes del Planeta Tierra" (Fourth Public Call From Chetumal, Mexico:  To the Inhabitants of Planet Earth").  Organizaed and operated the Observatorio Ciudadano de Política e Ideología.  Chronology and full text documentation at http://www.galeon.com/cepros/riadeggp/ocpi/xgeedmanif.htm   Launched and managed the streaming online live TV channel  XEMC the TV Channel that narrates 200 years of the Mexican people's continuous strife to have a national governent, free form domestic and international plutocracies http://www.livestream.com/XEMC .  

 *2012:  As coordinator of the Manifesto of Chetumal's Promotion Committee, during 2010 and 2011 he organized publication, feedback and revision of its major documents:  Cuarto Manifiesto de Chetumal:  a los Habitantes del Planeta Tierra ( http://manifiestochetumal.blogspot.mx)  and Consenso sobre la Humanidad del Tercer Milenio:  Normas para el Planeta Tierra y El Universo (http://consensohumanidad.blogspot.mx ).  Both foresee a scenario as of January 1, 2020, with a humanity characterized by solidarity, cooperation, happiness and prosperity; 2010-2019 is herein considered as the transitional stage. Professor Gamboa was activiely involved in both endeavours.  During December 12 and December 21, of 2012,  he organized collective,  local mind control energies aimed at increasing humanity's consciousness of nuclear philosophical values included in the Consenso sobre la Humanidad del Tercer Milenio

*2013-2014:  Developed an empirical-metaphysics research method and applied it understand the 2008-2019 humanity's transition, the 2020 world constitution and the 2999 desirable scenario of the human species.  Results of the investigation adopted the form of a book, which Xavier posted free full text PDF format:  "Humanidad resurrecta del 3000 d.c....", in English  "Resurrected humanity in 3000 d.C.  Early third millenium launching.  Phases and stages during the next 980 years."
