1921 - Born on the 28th of April Whitemarsh Township, Pennsylvania, Unites States.

1944 - He was medically discharged to United States Marine after contracting malaria.

1945 - He became a journalist in Washington, United States.

1967 - He and Robert Novak founded the "Evans-Novak Political Report".

1971 - He co-wrote the book Nixon in the White House: The Frustration of Power.

1980 - He is one of the most widely syndicated columns in the United States as well as frequent guests on

          news-oriented radio and television talk programs.

1981 - He co-wrote the book The Reagan Revolution.

1993 - He retired from the Evans & Novak syndicated column.

2000 - He was diagnosed with cancer.

2001 - He died on the 23rd of March.
