1912 AD – Ordained Catholic priest.

 

               – Archbishop of Lvov and Apostolic Administrator of Cracow.

 

               – Baziak was rector of the Clerical Seminarium in Lvov.

 

1933 AD – Auxiliary bishop.

 

1944 AD – Archbishop of Lvov.

 

1945-1962 AD – Catholic archbishop of Lvov.

 

1951 AD – Became the Apostolic Administrator of the Archdiocese in Cracow.

 

               – Ordained Karol Wojty³a, the future Pope John Paul II, an auxiliary (assistant) bishop of Cracow.

 

1962 AD – Baziak died 15th of June in Warsaw, Poland.
