1829- his first piece of theater "Henri 3 et sa cour" which was played many times

After that he became friend of romantiques like Victor Hugo

Chapters of his storyes published in newspaper

1844- with his brilliant " Le Comte de Monte-Cristo " he became famous

After that he wrote " Les Trois Mousquetaires" , " Vingt ans apres " and " La Dame de Monsoreau " in addition to hundreds of storyes that tells 3 centuries the history of France

He traveled in all Europe spending lot of money in opening newspapers . theaters aand built a big palace in which he lived as a king

He had a son named "Alexandre Dumas " too
