Donen, Stanley
1924 - Born on April 13th in Columbia, South Carolina. American choreographer, movie director and producer.
1941 - Stanley Donen attended dance classes and debuted on Broadway at age 17.
1948 - Married to Jeanne Coyne.
1949-1952 - He got the chance to direct the musicals On the Town, Singin' in the Rain, and Love Is Better Than Ever which revolutionized the genre.
