1965 - Born on the 23rd of February in Boulder, Colorado. American actress.
1968 - Her parents divorced when she was a baby and she was adopted by her stepfather after he married her mother.
1982 - Lived in South Carolina until she graduated high school.
1983 - She graduated from A.C. Flora High School.
1987 - Moved to New Jersey, where she attended Rutgers University.
1988 - She moved to New York and waited tables before opening a yoga studio with a friend.
1995 - She got her big break when she landed the role of Brooke Armstrong Campbell on "Melrose Place". She left the show after one year when producers found that audience members hated her bitchy character.
1998 -2004 - Appeared as Charlotte York in "Sex and the City", of which she remained an integral cast member until the series ended.
2006 - She also performed in ABC Family's Christmas movie, Three Days, and starred in a commercial for Head and Shoulders.
- Starred in the movies, "Deck the Halls" and "The Shaggy Dog".
2007 - She currently resides in Los Angeles. She is unmarried and has no children. In the near future she hopes to travel and would particularly like to visit India.
