Davila, Virgilio
1869 - Born in the town of Toa Boja, Puerto Rico on the 28th of January.
1895 - Earned his Bachelors degree from the Civil Institute of Higher Learning.
- He taught school in the town of Gurabo.
1903 - Published his first book about Jose de Diego, Federico Degetau and Lola Rodríguez de Tió.
1904 - Co-founded and director of the weekly publication "Chantelier".
1905-1910 - Elected as Mayor of the Municipality of Bayamon.
1912 - He wrote "Viviendo y Amando".
1916 - Wrote "Aromas del Terruño".
1943 - Virgilio Dávila died on 22nd of August.
