1909 - Robert Laurenson Dashiell Davidson was born on the 11th of January.
1955-1973 - Served as president of Westminster College.
1971-1976 - He served the APS as a director.
1985 - Received the Luff Award for Outstanding Service to Philately.
1986 - Wrote a history for the APS centenary celebration.
He was the trustee of the American Philatelic Research Library and later served as its president.
1998 - He died in automobile accident on 20th of June.
