Caprivi, Georg Leo von (Count George Leo of Caprivi, Caprara, and Montecuccoli)
1831 - Born on February 24th in Charlotteburg at Berlin. German military officer and politician.

1890-1892 - He was the Chancellor of Germany. He succeeded Otto von Bismarck as Germany's imperial chancellor.
- He was also the Prussian Prime Minister.
- His achievements included an Anglo-German agreement concerning spheres of influence in Africa, commercial treaties with Austria, Romania, and other states, and the reorganization of the German army.

1899 - Died on February 6th in Krosno, Poland.
