Campbell-Bannerman, Henry, Sir (Henry Campbell, until 1872)
1836 - Born at Kelvinside House in Glasgow, Scotland, on the 7th of September. He is the son of Sir James Campbell, and Janet Bannerman.
1845-1847 - Campbell-Bannerman was educated at Glasgow High School.
1851 - Attended at the University of Glasgow.
1868 - Elected to the House of Commons as Liberal Member of Parliament for Stirling Burghs.
1871 - The surname Bannerman was added to his surname as required by his maternal uncle's will.
1871-1874 - Appointed as Financial Secretary to the War Office in November.
1882-1884 - Served as Parliamentary and Financial Secretary to the Admiralty.
1884 - He entered Gladstone's second cabinet as Chief Secretary for Ireland.
1905-1908 - Served as British prime minister.
1908 - Died while serving as Prime Minister on 22nd of April.
His last words were "This is not the end of me."
