1901 - She was one of the first students to enroll at the Carnegie Institute in New York.

1912 - She also assisted in the fundraising for Denver's Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception which was completed.
1914 - Her lifelong career as a human and labor rights advocate earned her prominence in the aftermath of the Ludlow Massacre in Trinidad, Colorado.
1909 - Margaret and J.J. privately separated.
1932 - Margaret Tobin Brown died of a brain tumor on the 26th of October in New York City. She was sixty-five-years-old.
