Browder, Earl Russell(Earl)
1891 - He was born in Wichita, Kansas on the 20th of May.
1917 - Browder and other Socialist Party leaders were arrested and charged under the Espionage Act for opposing conscription.
1930-1932 - Browder became General Secretary of the Communist party and took over the top position of party chairman in after William Z. Foster suffered a heart attack.
1936 - He became Communist presidential candidate.
1946 - He was expelled from US Communist Party.
1973 - He died on the 27th of June.
