Brough, Althea Louise (Althea)
1923 - Louise Brough was born on the 11th of March in Oklahoma City.
1940-1941 - She came to prominence as a junior, winning the U.S. 18-and-under title.
1947 - She won the U.S. Singles Championship at Forest Hills, she was a finalist on five other occasions.
1967 - She was inducted in the International Tennis Hall of Fame.
