Brisson, Barnabé
1777 - Born on October 11th in Lyon, France.
1793 - Entered the École des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris and began to study at the newly created École Centrale des Travaux Publics which had opened that year.
1796 - He graduated from was admitted to the Corps des Ponts et Chaussées.
1802-1809 - Collaborated in the construction of the St Quentin Canal.
1820 - Brisson was appointed professor of stereometry and construction at the École des Ponts et Chaussées.
1824 - Was the appointed secretary of the Conseil Royal des Ponts et Chaussées.
