1951 – Founded Campus Crusade for Christ and transformed it from a college-based organization into the world’s largest Christian ministry.

1956 – A former self-described “happy pagan,” he also wrote The Four Spiritual Laws, a condensed version of the Christian message.

1996 – Received the Templeton Prize on March 6th.

2003 – Died on July 19th in Orlando, Florida.
