         – He became head of state of Panama.

         – He was acting President of Panama from October 1 to October 5.

1911-1912 – He was the Foreign relations minister.

         – He worked with Pedro J. Sosa, Constantino Arosemena, and others for the construction of the following projects: La Plaza de Santa Ana, La Zahurda, and El Matadero..

1924 – Boyd passed away in New York City on the 25th of May.
