Boustany, Charles W. Jr.
1956 - Born on February 21st in New Orleans, Los Angeles. Lebanese-American Republican politician, Representative from Louisiana and surgeon.
1978 - He received his B.S. degree from the University of Louisiana - Lafayette.
1982 - He continued his education at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA where he received his Doctorate of Medicine.
1990 - Charles chose to return to his native southwest Louisiana and began one of the most successful practices in the state.
1996 - Charles won an at-large seat on the Lafayette Parish Republican Executive Committee.
2000 - He served as president of the Lafayette Parish Medical Society.
- He was named the Vice-Chairman of Bush-Cheney Victory Campaign for Lafayette Parish.
2001 - He has served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce.
