1039 – Boleslaw II was born this year, the eldest son of Casimir I the Restorer and Dobronega Maria of Kiev the daughter of the Grand Duke of Kiev Yaroslav I the Wise.
1058 – He was duke.
1976 – He was crowned king of Poland on the 25th of December.
1078 – He returned from the latter campaign, he conquered Red Ruthenia.
1079 – He suspected to be a leader of the conjurers, arrested and executed.
– Deposed and forced into exile to Hungary, together with his wife and his son Mieszko.
1081 – He died there in exile and was buried in the Benedictine Abbey of Ossiach.
