1887 - Born Mordekhai Gershkovich Bogrov into a Jewish family in Kiev. Russian assassin.

1911 - On the 14th of September, he shot and killed the Russian Prime Minister Pyotr Stolypin in the Kiev Opera theater in front of Tsar Nicholas II.
