Blanco, Salvador Jorge
1926 - Born on the 5th of July in Santiago de los Caballeros.
1963 - Started his political career as a Committee Secretary for the Unión Cívica de Santiago.
1964 - He joined the PRD party (Dominican Revolutionary Party).
1982-1986 - Became the 41st President of the Dominican Republic.
