1807 - Henry Blair, born this year in Montgomery County, Maryland, U.S.A. He was the second African American inventor ever to receive a patent.

1821 - Found out that actually Thomas Jennings received a patent for his invention of the dry cleaning process.

1834 - Received his first patent on the 14th of October for his invention of the corn seed planter.

1836 - He later received another patent for the invention of the cotton planter.

1860 - Died this year.
