Biya, Paul
1933 - Paul Biya was born on the 13th of February Mvomeka'a, Centre-South Province, French Cameroon.
1961 - He graduated with a diploma in International Relations.
He married Jeanne-Irène Biya with whom he had a son, Franck Biya.
1975 - Became Prime Minister of Cameroon.
1982 - Biya became President of Cameroon.
1992 - Won the first multiparty elections.
1994 - Paul Biya married Chantal Biya with whom he has had two more children.
2004 - He won another seven-year term in the presidential election.
