Binns, Patrick George (Patrick)
1948 - He was born on the 8th of October in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, Canada.
1971 - He graduated from the University of Alberta with a Master of Arts in Community Development.
1972 - He worked for the Prince Edward Island Rural Development Council.
1978 - He received the Queen's Sliver of Jubilee for Outstanding Public Service.
- He was elected as a MLA for the district of 4th kings.
1984-1988 - Binns was the MP (Member of Parliamnet) for Cardigan.
1996 - He became Premier of Prince Edward Island.
2005 - He announced to the provincial PC party that he intended to stay on to seek a fourth term.
