1857 – Born on the 8th of July in Nice, France.


1900 – He wrote the "La Suggestibilité".


1903 – wrote Etude expérimentale de l’intelligence.


1905 – Published the first modern intelligence test, the Binet-Simon intelligence scale.


     – Authored the book "L’âme et le corps".


1906 – Wrote "Les révélations de l’écriture d’après un contrôle scientifique".


1908 – Binet published revisions of his intelligence scale.


1911 – Alfred Binet died on 18th of October.


1916 – A further refinement of the Binet-Simon scale was published by Lewis M. Terman.


He developed concept of intelligence quotient.
