Bibb, William Wyatt (William)
1781 - He was born on the 2nd of October in Amelia City, Virginia.
1801 - He was awarded an M.D. degree.
- He returned to Georgia and began practicing medicine in Petersburg.
1803-1805 - He was a Member of the Georgia House of Representatives.
1813-1816 - He served as Senator from Georgia.
1817-1819 - Bibb served as Governor of the Alabama Territory.
1819-1820 - He became the 1st US Governor of the state of Alabama.
1820 - Bibb suffered a fall from a horse and was died from internal injuries on the 10th of July.
