Bergstrom, Sune Karl
1916 - Born on the 10th of January in Stockholm, Sweden. Swedish biochemist who laid the groundwork for chemical research on prostaglandins, an important group of natural hormone-like substances that affect blood pressure, body temperature, allergic reactions, and other physiological functions.
