1920 – Dave Berg was born on the 12th of June.


Berg attended the Cooper Union Art School.


Served a period of time in the Army Air Corps.


Worked with Stan Lee at Timely Comics on a variety of comic books, including Combat Kelly.


1956 – Berg went to work for Mad.


1961 – Started the "Lighter Side" cartoon, which would become his most famous creation.


1989-1993 – Berg worked for the comic strips Citizen Senior.


1992 – Roger Kaputnik.


1994 – Astronuts.


2002 – He died on 17th of May because of cancer in his home in Marina del Rey, California.
