Berdyaev Nikolai Alexandrovich.(Nikolai)
1874 - He was born on the 18th of March in Kiev.
1888 - At the age of fourteen, he read Hegel, Schopenhauer, and Kant.
1894 - Berdyaev entered the Kiev University.
1898 - He became a Marxist and was arrested in a student demonstration and expelled from the University.
- He was involved in a illegal activities led to 3 years of internal exile in central Russia.
1904 - Berdyaev married Lydia Trusheff and they moved to St. Petersburg.
1913 - He was criticized the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church caused him to be charged with the crime of blasphemy.
1916- Berdyaev wrote a books, The Meaning of the Creative Act.
1922 - The Bolshevik government expelled Berdyaev.
1923 - He moved to Paris and worked for an exchange of ideas with the French intellectual community.
1948 - He died on the 24th of March at his writing desk in his home in Clamart, near Paris.
