1801 – Born on the 3rd of November in Catania, Sicily, Italy.


1819 – Bellini left provincial Catania to study at the conservatory in Naples.


1822 – He was in the class of the director Nicolò Zingarelli.


1827 – He composed operas "Il Pirata".


1830 – Composed "I Capuleti ed i Montecchi".


1831 – Composed "Norma" and "La Sonnambula", "I puritani".


1835 – Bellini died on 23rd of September in Puteaux, near Paris of acute inflammation of the intestine.
