1896 – Bornon the 23rd of October in East St. Louis, Illinois.

         – Becker went to Harvard & was admitted to the Missouri Bar.

1916 – He was elected to a twelve year term on the St. Louis Court of Appeals.

1917 – Served as a judge on the St. Louis Court of Appeals.

1928 – He was re-elected for another 12 year term.

1941 – Becker was the Republican Party nominee for Mayor of St. Louis.

         – Pushed for the expansion of Lambert Field & the development of a second airport.

1943 – Died on the 1st of August in St. Louis, Missouri of August due to Plane accident.
