1918 - Born on December 26th in Port-Au-Prince. Theodore Beaubrun, Haiti's most famous comic actor, journalist, dramatist, teacher, and satirist.
1938 - He composed a decent sketch: Languichatte Avocat.
1941 - Used radio, as a medium for his comical sketches with Jean Faublas, and Georges Karaha.
1942-1943 - He has written many pieces as: Coup sur Coup, La maison de Baca, Ti Zoute.
1944 - He founded Rasoir Magazine.
1954 - Served as director of National Theater of Port-Au-Prince.
1982 - He was the father figure of a televised series entitled Languichatte xx siecle with Azibe, Man Toute, and Melanie.
- He was especially remembered for his television series "Languichatte in the 20th Century," in which he gently mocked social-climbing pretentiousness.
1998 - Died of Parkinson's disease on June 30th. He was 79.
