1933 - Born John Barry Prendergast on 3rd of November in York, England.
1959 - Barry married Barbara Pickard.
John Barry formed the John Barry Seven.
Barry then met Adam Faith, and composed songs and film scores.

1964 - Barry composed sounds for Goldfinger.
1966 - He do musical score for Born Free that won two Academy Awards.
1967 - Arranged the sounds for You Only Live Twice.
1974 - Composed the music for The Man with the Golden Gun.
1987 - Barry arranged the sound for The Living Daylights.
1988 - Inducted into the Songwriters' Hall of Fame.
2006 - Executive Producer on an album here's to the Heroes by the Australian ensemble, The Ten Tenors.
