American television game show host and producer
1918 - Jack Barry was born 20th of March in Lindenhurst, New York.
1940 - Barry began on radio, where he met his partner Dan Enright.
1956 - Hosted the Twenty One, which was sponsored by Geritol, and Tic Tac Dough.
1958-1973 - Producer of game show "Concentration".
1960 - Barry was involved in the quiz show scandals, which brought Barry & Enright down.
1972 - He hosted the highly unsuccessful Reel Game.
1975 - Barry created the short-lived Blank Check.
1976 - Jack Barry hosted The Joker's Wild.
He made a revival of Break the Bank, with former You Don't Say! Host Tom Kennedy as emcee.
1980 - Jack Barry created Play the Percentages.
1984 - Barry made his final creation, Hot Potato, with game show king Bill Cullen as emcee.
1984 - Barry died 2nd of May from a heart attack while jogging in Central Park.
