1921 - Barbusse wrote Le Couteau enter les dents (The Knife Between the Teeth).
1923 - Henri Barbusse joined the French Communist Party, and later traveled to the Soviet Union.
1930 - He worked for his novel Manifeste aux Intellectuels, Elevations.
1935 - Henri Barbusse died 30th of August and buried in Le Père Lachaise Cemetery, Paris.
