1932 - Born on December 28th in Chorwad, Gujarat. Heads The Reliance Industries, India's largest private enterprise.
1958 - Dhirubhai founded Reliance Industries.
1986 - Died from a heart attack, he has handed over his empire to his two sons Anil and Mukesh. His sons are carrying on the successful tradition of their illustrious father.
